Some people claim that the warp nacelles fold down and are pulled back into position using tiny strings once inside the bottle, but we know better. There's a teensy wormhole inside the bottle. Blip! The ship appears and then holds itself in place using impulse power. Either that, or the ship's constructed using nanobots. That's good, too.
